- 2 cups of all purpose flour
- 1/2 t. baking soda
- 1 t. of table salt
- 3/4 c of brown sugar
- 3/4 c of white sugar
- 1 c butter softened but not too much
Stir until smooth.
Blend in two eggs; one egg at a time
Add 2 t. of Pure Vanilla
Add one spoonful of peanut butter and one spoonful of nutella.
Cook for about 15 minutes on 180 C or 355 F... do not grease the pan or your cookies will be greasy. Cook them until the edges are lightly brown. They may look a little under cooked, but once they cool, they are the perfect combination of crispy with a chewy center.
